Allstate Post-Bind Guide

  1. eSignature will be checked automatically in Advisor Pro. Inform the customer they will be receiving a welcome email once you select Complete.

2. The customer will receive a welcome email to set up My Account.

3. Once the customer has registered for My Account, they can begin the eSign process by selecting Start and agreeing to the terms and conditions.

4. The customer will then sign and submit their policy documents. 
5. Once submitted, the customer can print or download the signed documents. 
6. By selecting Continue, they will be brought to the home screen to upload any required documents.

7. The customer will upload trailing documents by selecting Send Document. They can then take a photo, choose from an existing photo, or select a saved document from their device and select Submit.

8. The customer will then be taken to a confirmation screen informing them that the documents and signatures were received.
