As a reminder, Assurance America will bridge from White Label (WLE) and/or Salesforce, there is no need for LastPass login.
When you bridge over from Salesforce, you will come to the Coverage tab.
Proceed to select the customer’s desired payment method. This could be direct bill, EFT, credit card or paid in full.
Please note that Assurance America does not accept prepaid or reloadable cards for reoccurring payments.
Then proceed to run reports, by clicking the Reports tab. This will run the MVR, CLUE, and current carrier reports.
If additional information is obtained from the reports, an alert window will pop up advising us of this so the information can be reviewed.
Also, if additional drivers are found, they must be added or excluded from the policy. Once this information has been updated, click Rate.
The coverage tab will show new quote details and then you can select the payment plan option your client would like here or on the next tab “Sale.”
Based on what was found in the reports, the discounts may be altered or removed completely. If prior insurance was not verified, the client will receive a smaller discount and will need to provide proof of coverage to keep the discount.
Proceed to select your name from the Licensed Agent drop-down on the Sale tab.
NOTE: IF this is the first time the agent is writing, click Not Listed. The Add agent pop-up box will appear. Fill out the agent information and ensure that the license number is correct.
Then proceed to answer the underwriting questions with the customer.
Proceed to select the payment method for the down payment.
Once everything is completed, select the Issue button.
You will then reach the E-sign screen that will allow you to update the customer’s email or phone and you can also resend the application link from here.
Then proceed to process the down payment.
Once the payment is processed, you will be routed to the Documents tab, where you can upload documents and print forms.
For reference, below are the emails and text messages that customers will receive during the binding process.
