      Bamboo Insurance Servicing Guide

      Locate a Policy

      1. To locate a policy, from the Home page, click on Policies.
      2. Proceed to the Search for a Policy section, type in the identifying information, then click Search. 
      3. The search results will appear, click on the policy number hyperlink to access the policy.

      Locate Named Insured Information

      1. To view the Named Insured information from the Home Page, on the navigation bar, click on Insureds and the information will appear there. 

      Locate Effective Dates

      1. When accessing the policy, the effective dates will be on the main screen under Policy Term. 

      Locate Policy Documents

      1. From the main page, click on Documents on the top bar. 
      2. Under the Root Folder, select the sub-folder based on the specific document you are seeking. (In this example, we are using Declaration.)
      3. There will be additional folders you may have to access (such as based on the date the document was created) to get to the document.
      4. Click on the hyperlink for the document to open the PDF that can be viewed/ printed.

      View Coverages and Deductibles

      1. From the main page of the policy, click on Rating on the navigation bar. 
      2. The coverage will be listed below with the limits. 
      3. Under the coverages, you will also locate the deductibles, click the arrow next to the Policy Deductible field to view the deductibles on the policy.


      Locate the Mortgagee Clause

      1. To locate the mortgagee clause, from the navigation bar, click on Billing.
      2. Under Billing Schedule, if the policy is escrowed, Escrow Billing will appear. 
      3. Under Billing Method, the mortgagee clause will be listed. 

      How to Complete Endorsements

      1. On the Bamboo website, the only endorsement that can be completed is adding or changing a mortgagee. 
      2. The option to make this change is on the main page. Simply click the Add or Change Mortgagee icon.
      3. Proceed to enter the date of the change, then click Done. 
      4. Enter the mortgagee clause information, then click Save and Submit.
