        • Homes with at least $750,000 in replacement cost coverage 
        • Homes that are custom-built, historic or designer (not under construction or renovation).
        • Customer with multiple homes even if in different states
        • Clean loss history and not in a catastrophe-prone area
      • Auto:
        • Customer owns multiple vehicles and/or high-valued vehicles
        • Classic Cars 
        • Customer owns a vintage vehicle that is not their primary vehicle, is at least 30 years old, part of a larger collection, or a limited production model
      • Recreational Marine
        • Privately and personally owned watercrafts
        • Customers with experience owning and operating watercraft

       

      Important Guidelines:

      • The following risks are not allowed:
      • Home
        • Insurance  has been canceled because of non-payment of premium within the immediately preceding five-year period.
        • Foreclosure, bankruptcy or repossession during the previous 5 years
        • Property taxes with respect to the dwelling insured or to be insured are delinquent.
        • Home has physical conditions that present a likelihood of a loss under a home insurance policy.
        • Seasonal or Secondary in which Chubb doesn’t cover the primary residence. 
      • Auto
        • All vehicles must be owned by or leased to the insured
        • Cannot be rented to others or used as a public or livery conveyance for passengers. 
        • Applicants must have prior vehicle liability insurance that has been continuously in-force for 12 or more months prior to the new line effective date. 
        • Major Violations
      • The following risks will need UW authorization:
        • Vehicle Liability Coverage greater than $5 million. 
        • For liability coverage greater than $3 million, do not bind coverage if an individual operator has two or more accidents.
        • A risk with three or more accidents and/or violations.
        • An operator with an international driver’s license.
        •  An operator over 68 years or licensed less than 3 years.
        • An operator who requires a financial responsibility filing.
        • Antique, limited series or collector vehicles.
        • More than 5 vehicles on one policy.
        • A vehicle valued in excess of $150,000.
        • A dwelling which is subject to rating as a Farm and Ranch
        • The un-occupancy of a dwelling for more than 60 days, if there is intent to vacate or keep the premises vacant or unoccupied.
        • Dwellings where the physical condition of the property is not up to applicable national, state, or local codes.
        • Dwellings that have insufficient functional burglar alarms, smoke detectors, and/or associated heat sensors.
        • Any House, or Non-high-rise Condo with one or more pressurized plumbing system related water losses, within the past 3 years, which are unmitigated through the installation of an automatic water shut-off device.
