Locating a Policy/ Quote

  1. To locate the policy, from the Home screen, proceed to the search bar, select the search criteria from the drop-down (name, policy number, etc.). 
  2. Enter the information, then click the magnifying glass to search. 
  3. The search results will then appear. Click Select to access the policy. 

Named Insured Information

  1. The Named Insured Information will be on the Home page under the Account Holder section as shown below. 

Effective Dates

  1. The effective dates can be located on the Home screen under the Home Policy section. 

Policy Documents 

  1. To access policy documents, from the Home page, on the navigation panel, click Documents. 
  2. Proceed to select the time frame you want the documents from.
  3. The documents will appear, click View/Print to view or print the document. 


Coverages and Deductibles

  1. Under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View. 
  2. All the policy coverages will be listed below for review (see example of Coverage A below). 
  3. Then all policy deductibles are listed under the coverage breakdown. 

Mortgagee Clause

  1. Under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View. 
  2. Scroll down to the Mortgage Company to see the mortgagee clause. 

Endorsements

  1. To process an endorsement, under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View. 
  2. Click on Make Changes.
  3. Choose the endorsement to be processed. 
  4. Choose the Effective Date.
  5. Identify who is requesting and initiating the change.
  6. Then click Continue. 
  7. Proceed to update the necessary coverage information, then click Requote. 
  8. The new premium will then be listed. If the customer wants to proceed with the change, click Continue. 
  9. You will have the option to make additional changes. Proceed to complete these, if necessary, then click Continue.
  10. Based on the change, additional questions may need to be answered. Proceed to answer these questions. 
  11. Then click Continue. 
  12. The Premium Update screen will be listed. Click Submit Changes to submit the request. Or Quote Proposal to send the quote to the customer. 

Cancellations

  1. To process a cancellation, under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View. 
  2. Click on Make Changes.
  3. Then select Cancel Policy. 
  4. Select the effective date, who is requesting the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation. If there is a replacement carrier, provide this information as well. 
  5. Then click Continue. 
  6. If there is a refund, it will be listed.
  7. Then click Continue to cancel the policy.
