Locating a Policy/ Quote
- To locate the policy, from the Home screen, proceed to the search bar, select the search criteria from the drop-down (name, policy number, etc.).
- Enter the information, then click the magnifying glass to search.
- The search results will then appear. Click Select to access the policy.
Named Insured Information
- The Named Insured Information will be on the Home page under the Account Holder section as shown below.
Effective Dates
- The effective dates can be located on the Home screen under the Home Policy section.
Policy Documents
- To access policy documents, from the Home page, on the navigation panel, click Documents.
- Proceed to select the time frame you want the documents from.
- The documents will appear, click View/Print to view or print the document.
Coverages and Deductibles
- Under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View.
- All the policy coverages will be listed below for review (see example of Coverage A below).
- Then all policy deductibles are listed under the coverage breakdown.
Mortgagee Clause
- Under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View.
- Scroll down to the Mortgage Company to see the mortgagee clause.
Endorsements
- To process an endorsement, under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View.
- Click on Make Changes.
- Choose the endorsement to be processed.
- Choose the Effective Date.
- Identify who is requesting and initiating the change.
- Then click Continue.
- Proceed to update the necessary coverage information, then click Requote.
- The new premium will then be listed. If the customer wants to proceed with the change, click Continue.
- You will have the option to make additional changes. Proceed to complete these, if necessary, then click Continue.
- Based on the change, additional questions may need to be answered. Proceed to answer these questions.
- Then click Continue.
- The Premium Update screen will be listed. Click Submit Changes to submit the request. Or Quote Proposal to send the quote to the customer.
Cancellations
- To process a cancellation, under the Home Policy section on the Home page, click View.
- Click on Make Changes.
- Then select Cancel Policy.
- Select the effective date, who is requesting the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation. If there is a replacement carrier, provide this information as well.
- Then click Continue.
- If there is a refund, it will be listed.
- Then click Continue to cancel the policy.
