Foremost 360 Homeowners Quoting Navigation Guide

  1. When bridging over from the rater, you will be directed to the Saved Quote. Ensure that the checkbox is selected and click Start Quote to continue in the quoting process. (This process begins on #9).
  2. To start a new manual quote, from the main screen, click on Start a New Quote.
  3. Proceed to enter in the following information:
  4. Customer name
  5. Date of birth 
  6. Insured address
  7. Click Continue to proceed. 
  8. Proceed to select the line of business under Product.
  9. If applicable, select the package type under Offering. 
  10. You will then have the option to add another line of business, if applicable, simply click Add Another.
  11. Click Start Quote to proceed.
  12. On the left side of the portal, you will be able to see each section of the quote as it is completed. 



    Customer Details
  13. Proceed to enter in the customer’s details including:
    Who will be the named insured?
    Named insured’s full name
    Property address
    Mailing address
    Has the insured lived at the current address for less than 6 months. If so, provide prior address. 
  14. Then continue further down and enter the following:
    Phone number
    Indicate if this is the primary contact number and add additional phone numbers if applicable. 
    Email address. 
    IMPORTANT: Email is required for eSign. Once an email is entered, it cannot be removed, only edited. 
  15. Proceed to enter the policy effective date.
  16. Add a secondary named insured if applicable. 


    Underwriting Information
  17. Next, proceed to answer the respective underwriting questions for the quote. 
  18. Once completed, click Continue.


    Construction Details
  19. Based on public information, some construction information may pre-populate, be sure to confirm that it is all correct. 
  20. Proceed to add any missing information or update any information that is not correct. 
  21. There will be the option to add additions to the home if applicable. 
  22. Enter in the addition name, year built and square footage. 
  23. Then click Add.
  24. Next, proceed to select the quality grade of the home, exterior, interior, counters and cupboards. This information will be needed to calculate the replacement cost.
  25. By clicking on the arrow next to each quality grade section, a drop-down will appear that will provide descriptions and visuals of each grade. 
  26. Continue to enter in home construction details, if you need more fields to enter in features, simply click the + next to the feature and an additional field will populate.

  27. Once completed, click Enter More Details if additional home features need to be added or click Calculate Now to obtain the replacement cost. 
  28. This will then provide the Coverage A limit that was updated based on the estimated replacement cost value. From here you can view the replacement cost summary or edit home details. 
  29. There may be additional carrier questions to be confirmed, then click Continue to proceed.


    Discounts
  30. Next, proceed to answer the respective questions to determine discounts that the customer may be eligible for. 
  31. Once finished, click Continue. 
  32. Next, the CLUE report, claims histories, etc. will be run and any losses will appear on this screen. In this section, any additional losses can be added as well, and action can be taken as applicable. 
  33. Once reviewed, click Continue. 
  34. This will guide us to the quote screen from here, you can:
  35. Create proposal (PDF)
  36. Save quote to account
  37. Add a quote scenario by selecting a different package (see #32)
  38. Purchase policy
  39. If you want to add another quote scenario, click Add Quote Scenario and select the respective package.
  40. This screen will highlight, be sure to review all sections to ensure everything is correct:
  41. All included features of the policy
  42. Coverage limits, loss settlement options, etc. for Coverages A-F
  43. These options can be adjusted on this page as well.
  44. Deductibles 
  45. Additional coverages 



  46. If changes were made to the coverages, limits, deductibles, etc., the policy would need to be requoted. To requote, simply click the Requote button to the left of the prior-quoted premium.
