To begin a new quote, from the Home screen, click on New Quote.
Proceed to begin the quoting process. Under the Program drop-down, identify if this will be a Personal Auto Program quote or a Non-Owner Program quote.
Next proceed to enter the following information (NOTE: All shaded fields must be completed for a quick quote.):
Effective date
Applicant name
Address
Phone number
Email address
If customer is homeowner
How long at current address
Next, to the right of the information listed above, proceed to enter in the prior policy information for the customer.
Next, proceed to enter in the driver information, including the following:
Full name
Date of birth
DL number, status, licensed state, time licensed
Gender
Excluded
SR22 information
Marital status
Information for potential discounts
Next, the customer will identify if there are any additional drivers in the household, they will answer the respective questions confirming all necessary drivers have been listed on the application and confirm that the license information that was entered for all drivers has not expired or been permanently surrendered.
If an additional driver must be entered, simply click Add Driver and proceed to enter the driver information.
Next, proceed to select the respective coverages for the customer and accept or decline any endorsements.
Then proceed to answer the questions in the Additional Questions section. Once all information has been entered, click Rate. The Insurance Score Disclosure window will appear, click Agree.
The Premium Information section will display the quoted premium and pay plans. Proceed to select the respective payment option and enter payment information.
Next click Order Reports. See information about each report:
Once the reports are completed, select Issue Policy to bind the policy.
Once the policy is bound the policy number will be assigned. The application, ID cards, and payment schedule will be available.
Use e-Signature to complete the application, including signatures for driver exclusion(s) and selection for UM and UIM coverage.
