      Carrier Market:

      • Collector vehicles
      • Vehicles can be used for club functions, exhibitions, organized meets, tours and occasional pleasure driving.
      • Regular driving to work and/or for errands for up to 5 months a year as a Seasonal Driver may be considered.
      • Usage and mileage requirements may differ based on the vehicle that is being insured, such as collector trucks or vehicles that are 1990 and newer.
      • Mileage of 3,500 or less is generally consistent with operating vehicles that have collectible value. 
        • Mileage up to 7,500 may be considered.
      • Vehicle must be stored in an enclosed, secure structure when not in use - such as a private garage, pole barn, car condo or storage unit

       

      Important Guidelines:

      • Common unacceptable risks include:
        • Daily drivers
        • Unacceptable storage includes:
          • Temporary storage facilities assembled of canvas or plastic (i.e. tents, domes or igloos)
          • Streets
          • Parking lots
          • Public parking garages
        • Hagerty won’t offer coverage to drivers with a serious infraction:
          • Alcohol-related offenses
          • Reckless driving
          • Excessive speed violations
        • Off-road or recreational vehicles
        • Commercial-use vehicles
