To begin under the Welcome Agents section, click Start New Quote.
Then proceed to enter the customer’s zip code. (It should be the zip code where the vehicle will be registered).
Then click Next.
Select the Policy Start Date.
Then click Next.
Next is the Household Drivers section. Proceed to answer the questions pertaining to household members.
Then click Next.
Next is the Client Information section. Enter in the customer’s information such as full name, address and mailing address information.
Continue down to the Additional Information section. Enter the customer’s date of birth, email address and current insurance provider if applicable.
Then click Next.
Then proceed to select the type of vehicle that will be quoted.
Start by entering the Year of the vehicle.
Then click Next.
Then a list of Makes of vehicles will appear, proceed to scroll to locate the make of the vehicle, then click on that specific hyperlink.
Based on the make chosen, a list of Models will be provided, proceed to click on the model of the vehicle.
Next, proceed to select the Submodel of the vehicle.
Then proceed to select the Body Style.
Now we proceed to determine the worth of the vehicle. If the customer has the vehicle value, they can simply enter it.
If the customer doesn’t know the vehicle value, click Let Us Help.
Select the Engine Type.
Then select the Vehicle Condition.
This will populate the value in the Vehicle Value field.
Then click Next.
Proceed to enter any Modifications the vehicle has.
Then select the timeframe from which the vehicle was purchased.
Then click Next.
There will then be some additional information asked about the storage of the vehicle and annual mileage. If the customer is unsure of annual mileage, click the Help me Estimate (customer name) Driving.
A new drop-down will populate asking home many times a week they drive the vehicle, select the number of days and the average mileage will appear in the field.
Next, there will be some questions about the vehicle pertaining to the usage.
After each question is answered, click Next.
Next, proceed to select the deductibles and additional coverages for the vehicle.
Then click Next.
The added vehicle will appear.
You can click Edit to make changes, Add Another Vehicle to add another one.
Once completed, click Next.
Proceed to select the desired policy coverages and limits.
Then click Next.
This will bring you to a Select Additional Protection screen, here you can see the different packages available and the price impact.
Proceed to review the offerings and then click the desired package.
The preliminary quote will then be provided. From this screen, you can:
Print or send quote
Edit policy and vehicle coverages
Edit additional coverages
Edit Hagerty Driving Club options
Review discounts
Edit customer information
Once all edits have been complete and you are ready to proceed to the payment, click Continue.
Next, proceed to begin completing the application process. Click Apply to proceed.
NOTE: You can download or print the application, return to the quote to make updates, or look up the quote later.
Confirm the customer’s phone number and county and then click Next.
Confirm the customer’s gender, marital status, driver license information next.
There will be some additional questions about vehicle use. Proceed to answer these, then click Next.
If any additional drivers are identified, they will be listed, either add them or indicate that they should not be listed.
Then click Next.
Proceed to confirm or add household members.
Once finished, click Next.
Enter the VIN for the vehicle.
Determine if it is owned by the applicant, if it is financed or leased, where is the vehicle stored.
Then click Next.
You will be brought to the Final Steps section. Confirm the start date of the policy.
Enter the point of contact information (should be your information).
Then click Next.
Next, determine how the customer wants to be contacted.
Select Email.
Proceed to enter the customer's email address.
Then click Next.
Proceed to the Submit Application section.
NOTE: Processing can take 1-2 business, updates will be sent to email provided.
Click the checkbox indicating that all application information has been reviewed.
