Once the policy is bound, both the customer and the agent will receive the Please Activate Your New Policy email from the carrier.
The customer will click Activate my Account to proceed.
IMPORTANT: If this is not done in 10 days from the date bound, the policy will flat cancel.
Next, the customer will click Setup Account.
Because they already created the policy with a Sales Advisor and made the initial payment, they will then be directed to download the Lemonade mobile app via iOS App Store or Android Play Store.
Upon activating their account, they must accept the Terms of Service and their policy set-up will be complete.
