Neptune Flood Post-Bind Guide

  1. From the Neptune Flood website, click on Log In. 
  2. On the Log in to Your Account Page, click on the Policyholder tile. 
  3. Enter the email listed on the policy or the policy number to be sent a secure single sign-on link to the policy. Then click Next.
  4. Or if the customer received an email requesting action to their policy, they can click the link in the email for secure access to the policy.
  5. Once logged in, click on View Policy Detail. 
  6. Proceed to select the Document Signing section. 
  7. The customer should review the first policy agreement and then click Sign to create their e-Signature. 
  8. The customer will type their name and then click Apply. Their initials will automatically generate to the right. 
  9. The customer will click any remaining red Sign buttons to acknowledge the remaining sections. Their previously created e-Signatures will automatically populate in these fields. Once the last acknowledgement has been completed, a Continue button will appear at the bottom. Once this button is clicked, the signatures will be saved and submitted to Neptune Flood.
