Locate a Policy

  1. To locate a policy, from the Home screen, go to the search bar and enter the policy information.
  2. Click magnifying class to search. 
  3. All search results will be listed.
  4. Click on the Policy Number Hyperlink to access the policy or click the arrow next to the policy to get a drop-down menu of options. 

Locate Named Insured Information

  1. Once accessing the policy, click on the Summary tab.
  2. The Named Insured Information will be under Customer.

Locate Effective Dates

  1. The effective dates are on the main page of the policy on the top-right, if the customer has prior policy terms, they can be selected from the drop-down. 

Locate Policy Documents

  1. Select the Document tab from within the policy. 
  2. The Document Detail section will appear. 
  3. Click on the blue hyperlink of the document. 
  4. A PDF of the document will appear in a separate window 

View Coverages and Deductibles

  1. Select the Coverage tab from within the policy.
  2. Here you will be able to view both coverages and policy deductibles.

Locate the Mortgagee Clause

  1. To view the mortgage clause, click on the Summary tab.
  2. Scroll down to Insurable Interests to see the listed lender.

How to Complete Endorsements

  1. At the top of the policy home screen, click the Endorse hyperlink.
  2. Select the policy term for which the endorsement is being made.
  3. Select the effective date.
  4. Then click on the type of change to be made. (In this example, we are choosing Add Endorsement.)
  5. From the list, adjust limits, additions, etc. (In this example, we are adding Service Line Coverage.)
  6. At the top of the screen, click the Rate button to re-rate the policy based on the selected changes.
  7. The chosen coverage/ update will then show how the premium is impacted.
  8.  To process the change, click the Click to Bind button.

Cancellation Requests

  1. At the top of the policy home screen, click the Endorse hyperlink.
  2. Select the policy term for which the endorsement is being made.
  3. Select the effective date.
  4. Proceed to select the type of cancellation from the list of options.
  5. Select the cancellation reason from the list of options. 
  6. If applicable, check the Change Mailing Address and Contact Information box.
  7. Enter in the customer’s contact information and address.
  8. Then click Cancel Policy.
