Locating a Policy/ Quote
- To locate the policy, proceed to select the option to search by the policy number or by customer name. Enter the search information, then click Search.
- The search results will appear. Click on the policy number hyperlink to access the policy.
Named Insured Information
- Upon accessing the policy, the customer’s name and property address will appear.
- However, for more detailed customer information, the Home Page will also have a Quick Links section (this section will be mentioned throughout this guide because ultimately it is used to access multiple parts of the policy.)
- Click on Customer Information.
- The Customer Information section will have more detailed information about the Named Insured.
Effective Dates
- To view the effective dates, using Quick Links, as mentioned above, click on Policy History.
- Refer to the Incep Date and Renewal Date for reference.
Policy Documents
- There are two ways to access policy documents. The first is when searching for the policy, prior to accessing the policy, under Links, click on the View Documents icon.
- This will populate the PDF documents available for review.
- Or under Quick Links inside of the policy, click PDF Documents and it will bring you to the section shown above.
Coverages and Deductibles
- To access coverages, under Quick Links, click Coverage Information.
- The deductibles will also be listed in this section.
Mortgagee Clause
- To locate the mortgagee clause, from Quick Links, click on Mortgagee Lien Information.
Endorsements
- To access the option to complete an endorsement, under the Quick Links section, click on Navigation Section.
- This will bring you to a panel of additional options.
- You may see the following options:
- $ Endorsement: To process premium bearing changes within the first 30 days or at renewal.
- Non $ Endorsement: To process non-premium bearing changes within the first 30 days or at renewal
- Endorse Mortgagee: To process mortgagee changes at any time
- Endorsement Quote: To quote premium bearing changes at any time.
- Most endorsements can be processed within the first 30 days of policy issuance or renewal. If you are unable to process an endorsement, please email the requested change(s) to Endorsements@ASIcorp.org
- Changes to renters’ addresses must be emailed.
- Changes to insureds should be referred to Underwriting
For Cancellations
- To access the option to cancel a policy, under the Quick Links section, click on Cancel.
- Proceed to enter the effective date of the cancellation and the reason for the cancellation.
- Accept the agreement.
- Confirm the Insured’s information (this is important especially if receiving a refund).
- Then click Cancel Policy.
