Locate a policy

  1. From the Home page, proceed to enter the identifying information to locate the policy. 
  2. Then click Search.
  3. Results will appear, to access the policy, click View to access the policy.

Locate Named Insured Information

  1. Within the policy, the customer’s information will be located under the Insured Information section. 

Locate Effective Dates

  1. Within the policy, the effective dates will appear under the Policy Information section. 

Locate Policy Documents

  • To locate policy documents, on the bottom navigation toolbar, click on View Docs.

  1. Available documents will appear, click on the desired document link to download the PDF.
    1. NOTE: If recent changes were made and new documents are needed and not available, click Re-generate Documents to sync the changes and generate new documents. 

View Coverages and Deductibles

  • To locate coverages and deductibles, on the bottom navigation toolbar, click on View Docs.

  1. Available documents will appear, click on the desired document link to download the PDF.
    1. NOTE: If recent changes were made and new documents are needed and not available, click Re-generate Documents to sync the changes and generate new documents. 
  2. The most recent Declarations Page will have coverages and limits listed for review, as well as deductibles. 
  3. Also, on the main page of the account, under the Property Information section, deductibles are listed. 

Locate the Mortgagee Clause

  • To locate the mortgagee clause, on the bottom navigation toolbar, click on View Docs.

  1. Available documents will appear, click on the desired document link to download the PDF.

    NOTE: If recent changes were made and new documents are needed and not available, click Re-generate Documents to sync the changes and generate new documents. 
  2. The most recent Declarations Page will have the mortgagee clause listed for review.

How to Complete Endorsements

Agents can contact hello@sosavvi.com for product-related questions and actions (endorsements, etc.)

  1. To complete endorsements, click on View/Edit.
  2. Select the effective date, confirm the address, and then click Let’s Go. 
  3. Proceed to select the changes to be made to submit.


Cancellation Requests

Agents can contact hello@sosavvi.com for product-related questions and actions (endorsements, etc.)

  1. To cancel a policy, click Cancel Policy.
  2. Enter the effective date and reason for the cancellation. 
  3. Click Continue to proceed to confirm the cancellation.
