- IMPORTANT: We must adhere to specific binding requirements for Travelers which include the following:
- If a monoline property/home (HO3/4/6) quote request, we should not quote with Travelers. (We can only bundle property quotes)
- For monoline auto, customers must have liability limits of 100/300 or higher.
- Travelers will not take new business that has a prior BI limit below 50/100. This means even if we are writing our policy with 100/300, but their prior coverage is less than 50/100, we can't place the business with Travelers.

- Risks with 1 or more fire, liability or theft loss in the past 3 years
- Restricted breed dogs and dogs with a bite history
- Skateboard ramps, bicycle jumps, excessive debris, unprotected ground solar panels, swimming pools that are not fenced, excessive trees hanging over the structure
- Mobile or manufactured homes
- Risks with the following loss history are ineligible:
- Auto:
- Driver does not hold a valid license. This includes a driver who holds only a learner’s permit (except if part of a family account where another insured holds a valid license)
- Driver with suspended or revoked license in last 15 months
- Driver with financial responsibility in last 60 months
- Any household with more than 1 major conviction in the last 60 months.
- Commercial vehicles
- Any Kia (Year 2011-2021) or Hyundai (Year 2015-2021) for Physical Damage coverage; only eligible for liability coverage.
